New Zealand	Norway	Poland	Portugal
Russia	Saudi Arabia	Singapore	Spain
Sweden	Switzerland	Thailand	Turkey
Ukraine	United Kingdom	United States

We do not ship to the following countries:

North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Iran

If your country is not on the list above, please contact us, we will check if we can provide you with a non-standard shipping option.

 

 Due to high demand for our products, please allow up to 2 days to process your orders.

Processing time may vary during holidays etc. - in that case, you will be notified about possible delay.

 

 Shipping takes usually 7-10 business days.

Shipping to Ukraine, Russia and Saudi Arabia may take 7-15 business days, due to law regulations of these countries.

Customers at Mexico usually wait up to 20 business days for the delivery.

 

In rare cases, it can take up to 25 days for items to arrive. Don't worry - if you wait longer than 15 business days, please send us an email via our Customer Support form and we shall find out the whereabouts of your order.
