Warranty Policy

The IllumiBags products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for one year.

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product without charge, or replace it. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care or use, negligence, laundering, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

Warranty claims are evaluated at Illumi Bags sole discretion and we reserve the right to refuse any claim deemed to fall outside of the guidelines above. Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed. We will reply via email given by the customer.
